How to use

In Vitro:

In the cultured cells overexpressing Dyrk1A or xDyrk1A, ProINDY inhibits the phosphorylation of Thr212 of the tau-protein. ProINDY also rescues the NFAT pathway in Dyrk1A-overexpressing cells, confirming the identical Dyrk1A-inhibitory effect.
